2024 ALA Annual Law Firm Leadership Breakfast

On September 10th, the ALA Cleveland Chapter hosted is Annual Law Firm Leadership event. This year a panel from local firms shared tips on top strategies for recruiting top talent, mastering mentorship, and enhancing retention in your law firm. Thank you to all that participated in our panel and all those who attended.

Spring Event

Our chapter held is Spring networking Even at Pioneer. Fun and relationship building was the goal !

National ALA Conference

Members of the Cleveland Chapter attended ALA's National Conference in Denver Colorado in May. Along with great opportunities to learn and develop the team made some time for some fun and networking!

Leadership Breakfast Meeting

On September 13th the Cleveland Chapter of the ALA hosted it's annual Leadership Breakfast meeting with guest speaker John Remsen. The audience was a mix of ALA members as well as Managing Partners and leadership team members of local firms . John presentation "Cultural Evolution in the Legal Profession" was the perfect topic and made for a great learning opportunity for all in attendance.
