This month's speaker, Mark M. Mikhaiel is a litigator at Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell.  He’s experienced in handling shareholder, fiduciary (probate and non-probate), and business tort matters, as well as non-medical professional malpractice matters.  Mark is admitted to practice law in Ohio, New York and Ontario (Canada), and has litigated disputes in over a dozen jurisdictions, including as far away as Hope, British Columbia. Mark has had several articles published in national and international law journals, including the Canada-United States Law Journal and Probate Law Journal of Ohio. 

He will be presenting his publication going into the May issue of the Ohio Probate Law Journal Titled “Privilege: Three’s a Crowd?” which is a talk about client/attorney privilege and how to educate our offices on being careful when cc’ing third parties on emails because all is discoverable in court now.
