PURSUANT TO THE CHAPTER BY-LAWS, THE MEMBERSHIP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ELECTING THE SLATE OF OFFICERS AT ITS ANNUAL MEETING,

SCHEDULED FOR 12 NOON ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16, 2011.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please submit your vote to Michael Krnac, Chair of the nominating Committee, using the attached proxy ballot.

Additional nominations will be accepted from the floor prior to the election. If there are no additional nominations, the slate of officers for the year April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012 will be as follows:
