Who among us couldn’t use another solid ally in our corner as we navigate the churning waters of our hectic lives? For many, the prospect of putting ourselves out there to meet new people seems like just another burden to carry; and one that we don’t have the time or energy for. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

 In this lively presentation you’ll learn easy new techniques that you can start using right away, and you’ll find out what other legal administrators are doing that works best for them. We’ll be trying a subtle change to our usual lunchtime presentation. Instead of being lectured to for most of the hour, with limited time for Q&A, our emphasis will be more on the give and take that springs naturally from the group in attendance. The presenter will bring an abundance of information to share if and when appropriate, but the goal will be to find a healthy mix of new ideas from the presenter along with best practices from your peers.   This will be an experiment of a slightly new approach; If you love it, we’ll do more of it!

 The presenter is our newly elected President-Elect Trent Boerner, the staff trainer for Kohrman Jackson & Krantz PLL. Trent has been training in the legal industry for five years, all at KJK, and prior to that he has trained employees from virtually every major employer in Northeast Ohio. While his subjects most typically centered around technology and computer systems, he also frequently has spoken on ‘soft skills’ topics such as time management, inter-personal communication, and networking.
